This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping services, including delivery areas, processing times, shipping costs, tracking information, and other important details related to the delivery of your orders. By placing an order on jewelrybymaebee.store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states), Alaska, Hawaii, and select international destinations. Please note that some international locations may be restricted due to shipping regulations or carrier limitations. During the checkout process, you can enter your shipping address to confirm if we deliver to your location.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry items may require additional processing time (5-7 business days), which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The following shipping methods are available:
  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50; otherwise, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Delivery time is 2-3 business days after processing. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated based on the order weight and shipping destination, which will be displayed during checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping (Domestic): Delivery time is 1 business day after processing (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time to qualify for next-day delivery). The cost of overnight shipping is calculated based on the order weight and shipping destination, which will be displayed during checkout.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination, typically 7-14 business days after processing. International shipping costs include shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order, which includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on jewelrybymaebee.store and navigating to the "Order History" section. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of order placement). We will make every effort to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs clearance delays (for international orders), labor strikes, or other unforeseen events. If your package is delayed, please track your order using the provided tracking number or contact our customer service team for assistance.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, side door, garage, or any other common delivery locations. You may also contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Signature Requirements

For high-value orders (orders over $500), a signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your package. If you are not available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from the carrier's facility.
