At Jewelry by MaeBee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from jewelrybymaebee.store.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

The product is in its original condition: unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including tags, certificates, and any accompanying materials).

The product is not a custom-made, personalized, or engraved item (unless the item is defective or we made an error in the customization).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number) is provided.
2. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Send an email to wholesale@jewelrybymaebee.store or call us at +1 209-226-3618, providing your order number, product name, and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days to provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Package the Product: Pack the product securely in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative) along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.

Ship the Product: Send the packaged product back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend insuring the package for the value of the product). You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product, incorrect size, or non-authentic item).

Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund or Exchange Fulfillment:

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of inspection. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you within 1-3 business days of approving your return (once the returned product is inspected). We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product. If the replacement product has a higher price than the original, you will be required to pay the difference; if it has a lower price, we will issue a refund for the difference.

3. Defective Products & Errors
If you receive a defective product, a product that is not as described, or the wrong product (due to our error), please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer the following solutions:

A full refund of the purchase price.

A replacement product of the same item (if available).

An exchange for a different product of equal or greater value (you will pay the difference) or lesser value (we will refund the difference).
To process a claim for a defective product or error, please provide photos or videos of the product and the issue, along with your order number and proof of purchase.
4. Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items (unless defective or due to our error).

Products that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Products returned without a valid RA number.

Products returned after the 30-day return period.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (not through jewelrybymaebee.store).
If we receive a non-eligible return, we will contact you to arrange for the product to be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
5. International Returns & Exchanges
International customers are eligible for returns and exchanges under the same conditions as domestic customers. However, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable in most cases; we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
